The Recovery, Reintegration and Resilience – R3 Project is a platform for coordination and advocacy aiming to improve the condition of IDPs across the country. The consortium which leads the implementation of R3 comprised of several national and international organization. Women and Children Legal Research Foundation – WCLRF is also an active member of the consortium.
As an active member of the consortium for R3 project, with proven track record in research base advocacy; WCLRF aims to conduct research to assess the situation of IDPs with an additional focus on this situation of women and people with disability as IDPs, in the selected provinces in Afghanistan.
The overall objective of this project for WCLRF is to assess the current situation of IDPs in order to find their key barriers, challenges, needs, aids provided, challenges and opportunities to safe return and sustainable re-integration and to collect their recommendations for the recovery of their overall situation trough research. The main purpose of these research is to advocate with the relevant authorities as well as the national and international donors for the recovery of the overall situation of IDPs and to address their needs.
