Leadership

WCLRF has a board of director which includes a group of individuals elected or appointed to oversee the management and direction of the organization. They are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring that it operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, and making decisions on behalf of the organization. The board typically includes a mix of internal and external members, including executives, independent directors, and representatives from key stakeholders such as shareholders or community organizations. The board also hires and evaluates the performance of senior executives, approves budgets and major expenditures, and monitors financial performance. The board members will schedule regular meetings at least once per year. But whenever a meeting is required, it will be facilitated and conducted by the organization.
